East coast saw builders

Any saw builders on the east coast?

What kind of saws? Race? Hotsaw? Bikesaw? Work mod?

I was looking for a "woods" porting. An AS member recommended DozerDan. I found out he was in PA and met with him today, and dropped off my MS260. I also told him if I am happy with his work I would most likely let him port my 046's. He said the 260 should see a nice improvement and would be ready in 2-3 weeks.

There is also big dave in MI. Not really east coast, but a lot closer than the west.....

There are a few more, you just have to search to find them. DD builds good saws, from the couple I have ran.

I got my saw back yesterday. I'm very happy with the performance of the little 260. It really woke up and I'm sure I'll use it more often. Dan Henry was great to deal with and I appreciate the contact info from this site.

i've got a dolmar 7900 work saw done up by someone on the "east coast."

the thing really rips. any thoughts on who built it?
