echo 3400 anyone know anything about it?

Like I said in my earlier post, you can find better performing top handle saws, if you want to spend a bucket of money. Sometimes it's just about having fun (and feeding your CAD urges).

I like riding ATVs, and I usually buy the higher CCs and higher horsepower models. That said, one of the most fun to ride is my smaller, lighter sport model. It's cool to have a Ferrari, but if I want to go slamming down a trail, I'd rather have a VW powered Dune Buggy.

I'm guessing that you've already had $70 worth of fun with that saw.

Right on bud! I would not take 200 bucks for that saw right now. And it has made me 1000 bucks in the couple days I have used it !

No way man Im on hold! And its even making it worse cause now Im reading all kinds of stuff on the web and getting more worried! They are booked up and Im scheduled to go in on the 1st so , Lord willing Ill be back after that!

I guess I didnt do enough research before i bought a top handle! But I bought the 3400 for 70 bucks and got a new 12 inch bar from baileys on clearance for 7 bucks .

For $70 no away you can go wrong in a chainsaw!

Bought ours in1987 and still use it now. We bought a pine block and used the echo 12" bar and a still 14" bar to prune them. Still use it now as my climbing saw.
