Echo CS400 runs hot and smokes (repost)

So what is the price for a jug and slug for an Echo CS-400? I was not comparing to cheap China parts. May depend on dealer suport which around here is difficult to find or using "part sharks" online

Lots of choices pop up on FleaBay, from $30 for a NIB OEM piston to $150 for a new OEM long block. You just have to ask yourself how much time and money you are willing to throw at a tool that can be bought new at Home Depot for $320.

$99 which I'm sure is a lot less than any similar OEM Husky or Stihl. $37 for the piston and rings . OEM Stihl and Husky are the expensive parts. Steve
