Electrical backup for wood stove?

What kind of back up power system do you have for your OWB, or indoor boilers? I always wonder what I'd do if the power would go out for any length of time in order to keep the draft fan and circulating pump working.
Of course I could invest in a nice portable generator, but right now that is out of the question.
Has anyone tried using one of those AD-DC inverters off a deep cycle battery?

That will keep the circ pump running. Most pumps only pull around 75 watts.

Will keep you from freezing, at a minimum.
