A friend of mine recently bought a campground, and they had a Vermeer BC620 Chipper. He would like to sell it. Does anyone have a ballpark idea what this chipper is worth wholesale? It runs and chips fine, as I have used it. It does show use and have some rust.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

More than they are worth ;) To me thats any price hehe.

Here is one on Ebay currantly about $1400 with 2 days to go. Typically I have seen these sell for $3000-$4000. Rental companies often buy them. They sound good potential renters but are much too slow for the profesional. Unless you need to give your crew alot of extra hours on the clock.

3k-5k. That machine isn't a good choice for a crew doing removals but I think a one man show that does more pruning than removals would be pretty well served by one.
