I get an MS210 with a trashed engine. Rebuilt saw with an MS250. Hey! Why is worm gear rod hitting tabs at the top and missing bottom tabs by 1/4"???? Take back apart and find new clamshell cap depression holes to sit on chassis tubes are too small. Engine doesn't seat. I re-did with OEM cap. Nothing like doing the same job twice to REALLY learn something.

I had a Farmertec 390 pan that had a bad bearing seat. There was a noticeable rock in the bearing that I think led to its demise. I replaced the bearings with Nachis and put the oem pan back in. Runs good.
