Bought 50 arces about 16 yrs. ago built a 30'x40' pole barn with 12' ceilings, I also put 1,000' of tubing in the floor. .Had 1/2' foil back insulation on the side and the ceiling.Built a house on it about 6 yrs. ago. Couldn't aford to insulated the pole barn great in the summer sucked in the winter. Found a local guy who had a mountain of 2"x4'x8' blue Dow board for $8.00 a sheet,bought 100 sheets, got the ceiling up except for a 1 1/2 sheets, time to hookup the floor heat up .I heat the house,domestic hot water and floor heat in the basement with a Hardy H2. The Barn, I mean the HEATED SHOP at 55 degrees really used the wood but at about 48 degrees it not bad.
