Foley Belsaw 308 chain grinder

I have a line on Foley Belsaw 308 chain grinder. Any body have any experience with this model?

How does it compare to a Silvey 510 or Oregon 511AX? IMHO the big difference between the two is the simplicity and superiority of the pawl arrangement on the Silvey and how it immobilizes the tooth for a more accurate grind.
