Found a large oil leak.. How do I fix it?

I determined that the bar oil leak in my Stihl 031AV is coming from the breather.. How do I fix that? i searched online for a replacement but didn't find any.. Isn't it pressed into the case? :/ Is it fixable at all? Plus I found that my bar isnt really getting oiled that much, could this be directly related to this leak problem? Thanks.
