Same here. I threw one in the wood stove a few weeks ago, that's how much I hate those things!
Between those and Pooland Wild Thangs... argh!
As soon as I seen one come in, unless it's just a chain sharpen or starter rope I tell them just to toss it and head to Walmart for a new one.
Apparently I'm not the only one that solves problems with the stove either. We had an office chair that would about flip over when sat on. I found the metal bits in the stove today, guess the whole thing ended up in there.
