Thanking you in anticipation
Marc

I have nice used mufflers but the other stuff you'd want to buy new parts.

I know a couple site member here have nos homelite parts, RBW for one. He's big into 925's too.

Someone call me?

The parts you mentioned I do not have, and I wish to purchase the crank seals also as I have a couple of basket cases to rebuild. Might just as well powder coat the cases and replace everything while their apart.

Ax-man shoot me a PM with what you need and Ill see what I can do.

925 parts are wery hard to come by.....

Thank you RBW...
What other 'everything' should I change? :)
Can you give me a suggestion?

I am not doing the job myself by the way. The workshop I took the saw to, did the usual change carby kit fuel line etc, got it to run Ok but it revs up and stops from sucking air in from the crankcase seals...we think.

What's the big deal about gaskets? I use to make gaskets for almost every engine I rebuit...conceded they were big stationary and marine diesel engines.
Don't people make gaskets anymore?

Making gaskets is easy enough and commonly done. Try making crank seals though:(
