Fruit Water:

Add several pieces of sliced fruit or berries to pint mason jars. Top with fresh water and put lids on. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Shake before drinking.

Be creative with fruit combinations. Some of my favorites are triple citrus, triple berry, and kiwi strawberry. Don't forget to eat the fruit.

You can also add basil or mint. Lemon basil is really good.

Three shots of Grey Goose with some lime juice over ice stirred and then strained into a chilled glass.
After the first one you can switch to any vodka.

Try the Iceberg vodka from Newfoundland.

As good as the fancy stuff and less expensive.

Power drink for those hot stinky days at work.

Equal parts soy milk and OJ
Handful frozen fruit
Banana
Cup of plain Greek yogurt
Protein powder (best you can afford)

Hit it with the blender, put into a big plastic drink container, and into a lunchbox crammed with ice packs. Easy to get 50 to 60 grams of protein in there, tastes like a milkshake, and has no added sugar or crap. It doesn't keep very well, so best to drink it within a few hours before it turns to jello.

I checked put the label on a store brand protein drink and it had about 40+ grams of sugar. That's insane.
