Homemade gaskets

Have to have a good assortment of balls, easy to loose your balls than punches.

Take apart a few bearings and keep them in a drawer.
Ya lose one.....no sweat. Drawer is full.

Glue the gasket material flat. Wait to dry.
Smack holes , cut out the rest and sand the edges.
Sharpen fresh utility blades on a piece of aluminum.......

They build pumps where I work and there are a lot of bearings.
Most are too big to use.

I'll stick to my punches, never had problems using those with a wood block.
