How bad is my Cylinder???

Im new to posting here, so sorry for probably another anoyyying how bad is my cylinder question... but... how bad is my cylinder?

2007 Stihl ms411, haven’t had the equipment for a compression test, saw looks like it’s walked it’s miles but it supposedly has a new OEM Piston. Compression seems a little lackluster on pulls and it’s having trouble idling.

whaadayall think? Is she doomed?

Pictures arent the best but looks good to me.Put a ring in the cylinder and measure end gap.

That's what happens when you hone a two stroke. To much clearance = lost compression
