So I'm sitting on the couch with my ten year old daughter and she's looking over my shoulder.

"What are you looking at?" She asks me. The she reads "Arboristsite" inquisitively. Followed of course by "what's an arborist?"

I tell her it's kind of like a tree doctor. Being a ten year old she naturally asks me "how do you fix a tree?"

I can't bluff my way through this one. I mean I could but I thought it would be more fun to ask which brings me to our question. In ten year old terms, how does an arborist fix a tree?

Her next question is "are you actually sending this?" Well Cass here is your answer to that one..

Sorry, I meant to put this in the homeowner helper forum.

well trees are kind of like humans, they need to be cared after.
you need to cut their hair,
feed them,
water them,
tuck them in at night,
etc.
Trees also get sick, so if you know what you're doing, you prescribe them some medication so they can fight whatever virus they may have

some trees may even require surgery, If they get a bad enough infection you might have to amputate the limb

The likes are from my daughter. That got a laughter out of her!

She wanted to reply so here she is,

Thank you I understand more about trees now. I just got smarter.
