Huskvarna 353 Part ID help

I have had my Husky 353 since 2004 and it runs great. I clean it and blow it out with a compressor after every use. I found a small white button looking thing scrambling around by the air filter. I am not sure even if it is part of the chain saw. I have looked through the schematics and I am unable to find it. Please help

Fuel tank vent fitting. Your saw might not have the hose that goes to air filter mount.

Yep, gas tank vent.

Part 5. #11 is the fuel filter.
