Stalls and cuts out when cutting on side like stumping

Cutting 16 in pieces it works fine all day

I lowed the metering lever alittle it helped some already

Guy said it still doing it but takes longer to stall or cut out

I rebuilt carb cleaned and its tuned ok

Pressure / Vac test?

Is fuel tank filled enough for the clunk to still be in fuel when the saw is rolled over?

Fuel tank vent good?

Sounds like a leaking crank seal

My 625 (same saw) does it too. Won't pass vac test. Crankcase seal is bad. Fill it up with oil and it passes. Wash oil out with mineral spirits and fails

I meant crankcase gasket. Seals would be too easy lol

I think i found it fuel line in tank to long When on side filter was up by fill opening out of the level of fuel. Ill try when i get home tonight
