I have a Husky T435 that's been banged up a bit and won't start. Has fuel and spark, but in taking the carb out, I noticed the rubber boot between the carb and the motor is below the hole in the plastic and not aligned properly. Is this normal or does that rubber boot need to mate with the carb above the plastic? See photo:

There was the reason it would not start. Because the front spring was bent from a drop, causing the chassis not to align properly and pull that rubber flange down through the hole, thus no seal between the carb and intake.
