Sold Husqvarna 266se runner needing TLC

I received this from a guy claiming to have purchased it new. Has been sitting in a barn for some years now. After digging the webs and grime off, I was able to fuel it up and get it to run. It Takes off for the races soon as its fired up (very very high idle---Air leak). My guess is intake will need attention...Thus causing the scored piston. Not scored terribly but....still scored...The bottom of the tank shows signs of deterioration but does not leak any fuel. Saw oiled and the chain brake functions properly.

Have no idea what to ask for this....make an offer? Please dont be a smart ass...
