I've been working on this Husky 350 chainsaw putting a new carb and a steel clamp in place of the plastic locking clamp on the intake manifpld. My problem is the carburetor bolts screw into the Husqvarna 503866402 Flange and it to is plastic and the threads are stripped out in one of the bolt holes.Does anyone know of a simple fix for this problem without having to replace that whole flange? I don't know why Husqvarna designed this piece like this. Someone please give me some advice. Thanks to anyone who responds.

I fixed this same thing earlier this year. JB Weld, just a little bit is required. When dry, if needed drill out, screws are self tapping. Stronger then original.

What type of JB Weld did you use? They make so many different ones for different situations. Thanks for your reply.
