husqvarna 435 mods

just got a new husqvarna 435 and installed an 18" bar/chain and modded the muffler, but looking for more power. any porting ideas. it is an X-torq.
also thinking of tightening the squish band by removing he gasket. not sure yet. any ideas are great.

It's a clamshell husky so I don't think you are going to be able to tighten the squish band and remove the gasket. 18" is too much for that saw.

I think your 435 would be much happier with a 16" bar, just my .02 though...... (I know mine is)
