Husqvarna L65 Chain Tensioner equivalent?

I'm new to this site; I hope I'm in the right place to post.
I require a complete Chain Tensioner for Husqvarna L65 saw.
Since I cannot locate one (in UK) is there any other tensioner that could be used or modified?

It's a regular D009 mount so a 272 or 66 might fit well
