I took the big red plunge!

Today I ordered a 2186. It should be here in a week, I can hardly wait. This one will do some milling and terrorize large oaks. I think I will be very happy. I thought about the 395xp but the nearest dealer is over an hour away, there is a J-Red dealer about ten blocks from my house. I already have five oak trunk sections in the back yard ready for the new acquisition. :blob4:

Congratulations. I've been happy with my little J-reds, gotta 2077 "on order".

Which mill you using? I was scouting some logger leavings near my place today--PLENTY to practice with before I start dropping stuff. I'm going to build a house with scrap and my own timber---and some other stuff.

Guy on here is offering a biggun for $700 if he still has it. He linked it to my "big saws" thread. OH, it was a 3120 (on edit).

you'll really enjoy the saw. i have the 625, 2159 and 2171 all great saws, i have yet to run a 2186 but with 10 more cc than the 2171 i can imagine it willl really rip.
