Missing complete Rewind Starter Assy for this saw. I believe it is a Fairbanks Morse 4 mounting bolt style.

Your not the only person looking for that recoil. All I can tell ya is they do show up on Ebay occasionally.

How many bolts holding the starter on a Homey 500 or zip or 600?
I'm just thinking some others will work. I'd go see for myself if it wasn't 19 outside.

I tried a Homelite ZIP starter assy and it fits perfect. Bolt circle is 4 5/8" and offset from flange face to center of pawls is 1/2". Flywheel cup is also needed as the one on the Indian is not original & won't work. I've attached a couple of photos of the ZIP starter assy. Thx Goball
