To any and all who have this ISA TW/CS Certification, I welcome any and all experiences and stories as to how it has helped you in your career.

Is it respected in your area? Did getting it put you in line for a raise, or get you a promotion into a job where you could excel?

Or is it almost frowned upon, just an "ISA Lite", a bit of a joke, something a repeat failure for ISA Arborist certification would cling to?

Is it a stepping stone? Did you add it after ISA Arborist certification to elevate your resume above the ground or desk based Arborists?

What's it for, what's it's worth?
