Dang, that saw almost looks as though it was just taken out of the box.

Get that baby running & oiling right, then put it on feePay. Or you might want to try CL first, I'm noticing a glut of small saws on feePay, probably a lot of folks trying to raise some Christmas $$.

They're selling them right now because that's when chainsaws sell the best and bring the best price, in the Fall and early Winter.

You are correct, but the glut of small Poulan & Craftsman saws tells me folks are first selling the small saws they don't use very often. BTW, it's 78F right now in Houston.

Dont know nothing about the saw but I will be worshiping your avatar from now on.

Nice looking saw you have there. I've got two of them. One has the short handle and the other has the long handle. Only one of them runs but heck I dont have any use for either one of them. David.....

Any free saw is a great score to me. There not too bad to work on, the crammed in carb and the fuel/primer/oiler lines can be a pita.... mainly just remembering where they all go. I usually take a pic with the digital camera of the lines configuration before I remove the carb. Saves a lot of head scratching. Some have different primer bulb locations.

All said and done, they are not too bad of a saw to limb with.

If its anything like the XL automatic with the pressurte driven oil system, its not worth the effort to keep it. You can't repair anything w/o completely disassembling the outer case. They do run well but maintenace is a pain.
