Since there's question as to why I'd want to invest in my place, I figured I'd show you guys what I see there.

Some will be hunting pics, some timber management, and some just images I captured while out in the woods.

Flat is relative. I've got 15' deep draws, and 30 degree hills on my north 40, and then next to no topography on my south 40. The neighbors lots further south and to the west of my south 40 have some decent grades down there - I have the high plateau between them.

There's actually 4 draws on my north 40, and 100' of elevation change E/W, but it's not gradual at all.

I love it there. I'll be doing some plantation pine/fir on the south lot, and leaving relatively dense cover on the north - along with putting my house on a ridge between two draws, then damming one to make a pond in my back yard.
