Would someone be able to tell me if parts are compatible between the 70v and 80v? I'm mostly wondering about the rear handle and a cover that goes on the top of the saw.
 
If no one has an answer for you by tonight I will check for you. I suspect they are on the same chassis, but I will confirm.
 
I guess it's only one solid piece not two like I thought and I just need to know about the throttle if you would be able to do that. Thanks a lot it's much appreciated.

I'm 90% sure the 702 and 750 are the same handles. I think that's what the 70v and 80v are.

Love our 750EVL. Never disappoints when it comes out.

Had an opportunity to get the saws out, I thought I had an 80 here but did not (have a JD 800 but that is an Echo 8000). I did find a JD 60, JD 70 and an Echo 750 and all seem to be on the same chassis.
