live oak trees

My oak tree have small round holes around the trunk about 5 ft above the ground and the bark is peeling off . help

Are the holes lined up in a nice even row(Sapsuckers), or are they scattered about on the trunk(Borers)? Is there any evidence of sawdust or frass? How big is this tree? Is there any branch or leaf dieback?
