live oaks w/ yellow leaves

what would cause live oaks in tx. to have yellow leaves? these are trees that have been planted for 2 years and have appeared healthy until about 3 weeks ago. thanks

Im 3 hours north of you and we ve had way to much rain for r area and it has depleted the iron in the ground. that sy they do it around here. oaks planted around banks and such that are in planters or are sorounded by concrete do it worse
