Low idle adjustment on Husky 365

Does it take a special screw driver to adjust the carb? Was going to slow mine down alittle and can't seem to get the thing to move. Took it apart Its not a phillips head and a small straight one didn't seem to work either. Is there a plastic cover over that I don't know about? Thanks for the help.

Mine's missing the block because I swapped carbs. I use a small flat screwdriver, but will eventually have to figure out something better. Noticed the 261 was pretty tight though. Guess I may have to invest in that "special" screwdriver
