I believe it's got a vacuum leak somewhere that I don't really want to deal with. Carb just had a kit and a few other parts are new. Oils very well, 140 psi cold compression. I'm located in Durham NC if that matters.

Does this 10-10 have a de-comp vale?, also is the model I.D. tag under the filter cover?

I do have a 20" Homie bar...no metal filter cover tough...
