Mac PM610 recoil spacer washer spec

Anybody know offhand the dimensions for the spacer washer in the recoil of the PM610 "cinder block" saw?

It's part number 216589 in the IPL for reference.

Sure, I could order one but I only paid $5 for the saw and I don't know if it runs. I'll just cut one out on the lathe from some scrap rather than pay 99 cents for the washer and $19 for shipping.

According to my notes, 216589 is 0.060" thick.

Odd because they have another 95402 that is 0.110" thick. Why would someone have made such a subtle change to the starter pulley or starter housing that would require a change like that in the spacer?
