We have these “bugs” too, but something about the look of em puts me off

went floatplane flying up in Maine couple yrs back. but where to eat after a day of wave bouncing? caught a place that looked interesting. it was. Maine lobster seafood house. the lobsters were in fresh Atlantic seawater. delish! we ate there every night we were in town...

'well, that's a wrap on today's hops... let's hit it again for more lobster!'

I miss living near the ocean, if just for the seafood that was available.
no doubt! Atlantic or Pacific. i am close to Gulf, but not the same. PNW for me...

had poached salmon nite before. with bit of cilantro. when i told the butcher i like salmon better than beef: :surprised3:

spud and salad, sides 3/4# salmon. on sale all this week, thru weekend. mite go get some more. $6.95/#

poached, out on grill. sealed in t.f. 6 mins @400f or so. some seafood spice and few T's lemon juice. i was out of white wine.... very good seafood dinner. 👍
