Well I almost can't believe I am listing this saw but I am going too. I have had it since late January and still haven't cut wood with it yet. I wanted to love this saw and maybe I would if I spent some time using it but it just doesn't feel right for me. From mounting a bar and chain on the outboard clutch to the specific unforgiving start procedure it just doesn't seem right to me.
The back ground... I did some trading with Randy in the fall and he built this saw for me. I wish I still had some pictures from when he started but I can't find them. He started with a set of case halves that had sustained some damage, I can't remember which but a bolt hole or something was broken off. Randy sent it to Shaun Carr for some MG welding and then on to Mike for some custom powder coating.
A quote from Randy about this saw: I ran four tanks of fuel thru your 562 today. It's just nasty bad ass.
Saw is listed at $750USD (PayPal F&F or add 3%) PHO shipped to Lower 48 (Slightly cheaper in Canada).
Here is a video of Randy running the saw.
