My next project.440 complete rebuild.

Starting with a case I picked up and crank from a friend. Cleaning starts tomorrow. Like I really need another 440 I already have two 044s and two 460s a 361 ,025,015 and a 280 I really didn't want to buy.

yes they do.Especially when your not working and bored .I had shoulder surgery last november.

i have let some saws go that i wished i had back

Go through enough of them and they just become saws. I only keep the special ones but any are replaceable.

Ok, I can check for you but I have not seen one of those guides at a store or dealer for many years, never know til one tries.

i would appreciate it...when i bought mine it was in the yearly stihl catolog.. they didnt have one in store but was able to order it...
