Caterpillar is yellow in color with black spots on its back. Also has black collar around head and neck area. It was about 1 1/2" long. Found in upper crown (very thin bark) or Elm tree. Looked like it had hatched only recently because we found egg remnants in his burrow. We found him in the crotch are of this particular branch.
