New Husqvarna 288 Lite

I have a new 288 lite saw for sale. It's still in the box and has never had fuel in it. Just the powerhead no bar or chain. $700.00 plus shipping.

I think I may have gone to grade school with the guy selling the saw on ebay. Small world.

I believe that the lite had a lighter flywheel which saved a few ozs and made for quicker throttle response-but of course made a slight change in the powerband and torque performaqnce.

the lite's also do not have the big vibration spring by the dogs......they use a different smaller set up.

No that's not your old one. The one that you had was the old style, no decomp valve and it still had the old style av mounts.

If anyone is still looking for a new 288, the same one that was $600 is now relisted at $500 on ebay. That's a good deal and i'd buy it in a minute if I had the extra bling-bling...
