I am not technically an arborist. I maintain 40acres of Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, and Madrone, at 1400ft
Currently have 7 chain saws of various types (mostly Stihl).
I don't climb with spurs anymore, unless I really have to.
I wish I had a logging winch!! I have to pull trees out with binder chains and my backhoe. It is very slow going.
