Numbers on the chain drivers?

Will someone please tell me what numbers such as "72" on the drivers mean? I have never seen reference made to these. Thanks.

72 I believe makes it an Oregon chain, so I'm not sure. There's gotta be an Oregon web site or something that can tell you. And plenty of guys here use Oregon chain, so they'll be able to tell ya.

72 means that it is 3/8the pitch .050 gauge Oregon chain.
73 would make it 3/8ths .058 ga.
75 would be 3/8ths .063.
91 is 3/8ths low profile .050 ga.
I don't remeber the numbers on .325 chain
