Part wanted: Stihl 020av choke shutter

Looking for piece #15 in this picture from a Stihl 020av. Its a choke lever or "choke shutter" as its labeled as, #1114-121-2900. Its unavailable from the dealer and can't find any on ebay. If anyone has a parts saw lying around it would be a great help, im trying to restore a co-workers grandfather's saw
