Picked up an old David Bradley today for $30. It is complete and turns over with compression. Going to clean it up a little tonight and check it out. Going to start with new fuel line and clean out carb and maybe clean points? Never worked on one like this. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks

Fairly easy to work on. Parts are everywhere. A good cleaning goes a long way. Good luck and keep posting pics.

Nice saw, The engine runs backwards on these saws.

Fired up on a shot of carb cleaner. going to rebuild carb and replace fuel line. Do you have to tear tank down completely to replace fuel line?

Got the tank off and tore apart tonight. Gas tank was terrible. Can i use silicone to put the tanks back together? Not sure if I can even get the cork gasket anymore.

go to a local motorsports dealer like yamaha and ask for a tube of yamabond its expensive but it is gas/oil resistant i wouldn't use silicon.
