RA for sale ,Pics attached, l owned this saw for quite some time and was going to restore it because it is a good candidate for restoration but my plans have changed and l already have a another RA Saw. Spring of 2022 l took it out of storage and Primed the carb with fuel mix and the Saw started right up and ran as long as l feed the fuel into carb. So the Carb would need a new Carb /Gasket diaphrams , fuel line and general fuel system rebuild check up.
Saw has strong spark when the str rope is pulled . l did install 2 new Str Fibre washers because the Str rope when pulled slipped just a little , works great now.
P&C look really good thru the exhaust port and compression feels good on a Pull.
Everything is original the saw , l do not see any casting damage or stripped screw Threads upon looking it over.
The Str rope Grip is non original.
Their is no paint on the Saw because l had stripped the paint off .
Personally l think this saw would for anyone looking to Restore one of these Vintage Pioneers and add to their collection it may be worth considering.
$400.00 plus the ride as is.

Looks like a good solid restore candidate, I have 6 of them, I have sort of a soft spot for them.

When this model Saw is Painted and detailed they really do look sharpe and its hard not to like and have a soft spot for them. Their getting scarce to find these days it seems . A must have for any collector .
