Qwick help guys ms311 carburetor settings for new carb

It's been awhile since I've been on here and glad to be back but I had a real problem with a 311 needed a new carb but I don't know if the owner messed with the settings no limiters on new one but I would like to check the base settings and tune from there but not sure the what to start the carb adjustments at. Thanks

Hi

Basic setting for the carburetor is 1 turn open for both H and L needle. That means you open both screws from the closed position counterclockwise 1 turn.
