Radio remote control not available for bandit 15xp!.

Hi members.
This Kar-tech radio remote controle we cannot buy for bandit 15xp chipmachine. The remote control is not produced any more.
Old one is defect.

Bandit factory says that we have to install a totally new radio transmitter system on chipmachine and new radio remote control. And this to a price of maby 5000...6000 dollars.
Extremely bad service!!!! to an else quality machine.

Do any of you have some hints to what to do in this situation.

Does it not work at all or is it just some functions?
Have you looked into having the old remote fixed?
What functions does the remote actually control? Are there manual controls to do the same thing?

the remote controls everything on the machine.
i would rather buy a new one.
there is a cablecontrol also, but we feed with excavator so we feel rather handicapped.
how can bandit decide not to order new remotes at karl-tech so their 10.000 fold machines can get optimum service, incomprehensible.
And here we are with a machin without a remote and no solution. we can try to get it repaired at kar-tech.

Bandit get your service goddammit going now.
