Rayco 1625 super JR

Hi,
I just bought an old 98 Rayco Stumpgrinder. 1625 super Jr.

I can't seem to find a manual anywhere on the internet. Does any of you guys have one?
Also what is the screw type of thing situated just in front of the control levers?

It's to control the hydro flow. Just leave it wide open.
