re-tipping

hello all, i am wondering if anyone could help me re tip a few stump grinder teeth. i assume it may be like re tipping a large circle saw blade. i have the flux and 50% silver solder. i am not having any luck. should i heat both pieces together then apply flux then solder. and should the solder flow to appropriate areas

Yes

You apply flux to each part and position them in place. Heat both parts and apply solder until it flows to where you need it.

should i heat the flux until its all gone then apply solder or apply solder while heating flux?

by them new don't mess with them they can fly and kill some one tom trees

You heat until both parts are a dull cherry red then apply the solder. It will flow towards the heat so direct the torch from the opposite side to draw the solder through the joint.
