i have old cylinder lying around it says 45L stamped on top is this 45 mm it has bore size of 1-3/4 or 1.775 with mics thanks what size piston do i need is what i am asking . i think 45 mm if you convert from thousands it is 44.45 mm ?

there are two sizes of piston for that saw, both 44mm and 45mm. I would think that yours would take the 44mm piston based on that measurement. Or buy a new kit that has both cylinder and piston together, might even be an upgrade in power for the 45mm kit.

so your sure its 44 mm ?

Do you have the old piston? The "dished" pistons are 45mm.
Also, I have yet to see a cylinder marked 45L that did not have a 45mm bore.
Might be coincidence...might not.
