On occassion, I link outside our area. Like Ekka's website in Australia. I listed his site because it has some unique information value.
Without info pages, I'll list some local non-competing services - although just a few.
But if people have info, that makes my links page more valuable as a resource.
If you can add a substantial page or two about stump grinding - unique content - I'd consider a link exchange.
For now, without peripheral info pages, try working from your local area outward - like landscape services that you network with, etc..
Maybe pages about utility line location, the reasons for locating, the potential expenses for hitting utilities, safety involved with stump grinding.
So far, I have yet to find much on the internet for an info page on stump grinding, and I think it's a good opportunity for a prototype info page.
