Does anyone know if these saws are any good. I really like the looks of them and I know they are a husqvarna product, just was not sure if they were worth buying. If anyone has one let me know what you think.

I have one and i love it, i cant tell you how reliable they are because i only had it for 2 months now, but i suppose it is a husky so it should last as long as a husky which is very good

It is to bad that when husky bought them they axed the true redmax saws.

The G5300 is a Husq. 353 in Redmax colours. Good Saw
The redmax saws 45cc and under are still made by redmax. The 5300 and the 7000 are husky saws. The tophandle redmax is also in husky colors.
They're an excellent saw, second only to a 346. Like mentioned, they're the same as a 353. I actually prefer the colors of the Redmax. It's a very sharp saw.

Weight , torque and rpm , What's the actual difference between the 346ne & g5300 ?
Same weight, add onther 1000 rpm for the 346, claimed 3.3hp versus 3.7 for the 346.
